Colorado real estate for sale: Network Colorado real estate for sale of California Inc., Wednesday became the nation's first publicly traded Colorado real estate for sale franchisee, through completion of a merger between Network Colorado real estate for sale Inc., (DBA ''ERA(R) Network Colorado real estate for sale'') and Eagle, a Denver-based investment company. According to Lee, ERA Network chairman and chief executive officer, the move will establish the new company as a major force in Colorado real estate for sale.

''With the support of the public market, we can launch our plans to build a mega-franchise operation,'' Danna said. ''We plan to build a 3,000-agent company in California over the next five years, flying under the banner of Electronic Realty Associates and Network Colorado real estate for sale.'' President Jay, who will join ERA Network's board of directors, said he was extremely pleased to be part of the innovative ERA Network partnership. ''I sincerely believe that ERA Network's unique hybrid operation has the potential to revolutionize the Colorado real estate for sale industry,'' he said. According to Danna, ERA Network was formed to take advantage of existing market conditions, as well as anticipated future trends in Colorado real estate for sale.

''Research has shown that the large Colorado real estate for sale companies -- those companies with more than 1,000 agents -- have experienced significant growth in the past five years,'' Danna said. ''We expect that trend to continue. The larger firms can provide economies of scale in their operations, and hence, can provide the consumer with more and better services.

Access to the public market also will enable ERA Network to launch its new Network Homeowners Services Division, Danna said. This division will support the company's Colorado real estate for sale services with a complete Colorado real estate for sale service package that includes domestic and housekeeping service, landscaping and gardening, yard care, general maintenance and repair, carpet cleaning, architectural/remodeling, and plumbing and electrical.
